BlackBerry Passport, is preparing two new BlackBerry Smartphone called by the name of BB Passport and BB Classic  and is thought to compete with the iPhone 6.

Passport BlackBerry launches in global markets on September 24, and appears to be planning to launch Smartphone in India as early as next week. The company has sent out media invites for the launch event in New Delhi on September 29 The invite is titled "See the Bigger Picture", which is coincidentally the same slogan used in the invitations sent to the media Western media.

The passport has an interesting dimension - a square at the screen of 4.5 inches with a resolution of 1440x1440, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal memory with an additional slot for expansion.


The phone has a massive front camera 8MP; 13MP is the back and comes with a long battery life thanks to the 3450 mAh battery

13 megapixel rear cameras are also included with optical image stabilization, 2-megapixel front camera, 32GB internal memory, microSD card slot and a battery 3,450mAh. On the software front, the device works with BB10.3 OS.

According to BlackBerry, the device will come with an improved natural sound BlackBerry, currently available only in voice calls BBM.


"The passport, the same effect has been adapted to work with cellular voice calls, too. There are four onboard microphones that help adjust the audio levels in real time to the ambient environment and the phone's position regarding the ear, "said a blog post by the company.

BlackBerry has also changed the QWERTY keyboard on the passport, since it has only English alphabets and space bar, but without any symbols or numbers. Apart from the three lined physical QWERTY keyboard that can also be used to slide up and down and scroll through the screen, the device is also equipped with a virtual keyboard shortcut, which changes depending on the context. BlackBerry also posted a picture of the Passport in white.
