The tablet have a thickness of 8.8mm. Apart from Core M, the RAM can be combined up to 8 Giga-Byte low power DDR3, along with storage options up to 256 Giga-Byte SSD with MicroSD development. Other features include RGB,  a Gigabit LAN port, HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports and optional 4G connectivity. Toshiba claims that the Portégé Z20t can withstand accidental drops from a height of 0.76 m. The inclusion of the fanless chip will enable the Z20t to work for up to 16 hours of usage, and up to 8 hours in tablet mode. and Optionally there will be models with UMTS or LTE. Otherwise, there is a 5 MP camera on the back and a full HD camera on the front. Meanwhile, the Portégé Z20t comes with features designed to keep corporate data safe.
