Asus ROG Gladius Mouse Review, Asus has recently introduced a gaming mouse from family of ROG  (Republic of Gamers) Gladius. Asus ROG Gladius  is not an ambidextrous mouse because designed specifically for use with the right hand. Asus has buried a number of unique features as a differentiator between ROG Gladius with other gaming mouse on the market. This is a no-nonsense mouse that is not trying to sell you a high DPI, but comfort, accuracy and hardware options. At least that is what the marketing material says.

For Specifications : The ROG Gladius be equipped  Optical sensor , Avago ADNS-S3988, 116g in weight with six buttons particularly suitable for FPS players.  The Gladius has a steel-grey finish on its plastic body, and it's smooth rather than soft touch like on the Mionix Naos 8200 and Roccat Kone XTD. The Gladius has a Micro USB (unversal serial bus) connection at central front, as it uses a detachable USB cable for preponderant reliability. and  makes use of Omron mouse switches that are good for 20 million clicks, and should you ever reach that, physically separate to the main body, supposedly for better responsiveness. The two thumb buttons are very well positioned for quick access and are described as 'slide-to-press'. The final button is the DPI shift one, used to switch between two programmable DPI levels.  Asus ROG built an easy-swap socket to make replacement a breeze. Polling rate is customizable up to 2GHz, and there's a DPI switch with six programmable switches and a 6400 DPI optical sensor that switches between two different settings on-the-fly. It can track at up to 200 inches per second and have an accuracy of up to 50 Gs. The lift-off distance is set at 1.5 mm. The top of the mouse comes with a sweat-deterring coating, and the right and left sides are covered with rubber grip pads. latter, the Gladius have 2 rope is a 2-meter united USB cable for desktop use and the other is a regular 1-meter USB travel cable for use at LAN parties and which has a special key that can not be separated when used to play.
